Gregory Palmer 5 Star Reviews

  • I had driven past the nice exterior of Dr. Palmer’s building a zillion times, but it wasn’t until my insurance changed and I had had it with Lovett Dental that I actually went to see Dr. Palmer. Scheduling with Krystal was easy and enjoyable. When I asked for references via email she promptly replied. I like that I can communicate with the office via email not just phone. The office is very comfortable, clean and modern. From the waiting area to the exam room, I liked how new everything was. I was a new patient as of April 2013. I will be hopefully going back for a cleaning soon. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that my visit was a tad on the long side. Thankfully I wasn’t in a rush. Dr. Palmer did my cleaning himself and is very personable. He didn’t try to sell me too hard on the fanciest electric toothbrush or whitening procedure, which I appreciate. The young lady who did my x-rays had a little trouble getting all my bite wings done, but was very nice about it, so I didn’t mind. I also had an early morning appointment so it could have been that everyone was moving a bit slow and just needed some caffeine! Overall I am very satisfied and look forward to returning.

  • I had a great experience from the minute I walked in the door until the moment I left. Dr. Palmer’s office is very new, modern and warm. I was highly impressed by his staff as well as his technologically advanced machinery. Dr. Palmer was very friendly, thorough when describing exactly what he was going to do and he did a fantastic job. I was facing either a root canal or cap on a tooth but Dr. Palmer got in there and somehow salvaged my tooth. All I needed was a filling. This not only saved me from pain but he also saved me financially (fillings were covered, cap was not). I highly recommend Gregory Palmer DMD.

  • Dr. Palmer and his staff were wonderful to deal with. Service was prompt and painless! What I liked most was the time Dr. Palmer with me. My former dentist ran a “production shop” rushing through as many people as possible. I’d sometimes wait for 30-45 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time to see the dentist and I could not count on having the same dentist each time. This guy is much different and believes in old fashioned, personal service.
