I double checked to make sure there was no "out of pocket" expenses before I arrived. They wanted to do a "super" cleaning" which would have cost me money today. They are very polite and considerate and explained the process in detail for each step.  I just can't say enough great things about Dr. Palmer's Assistant Christy.  She is extremely proficient and knowledgeable and takes her time to explain each and every detail of the process to me and make sure I understand and answer all my questions.  She took her time helping me fit my new retainers they made for me.  They fit amazing and I was actually able to wear them both together overnight.
